MANAGEMENT:
Each client is served by a partner in the firm who can make decisions required to successfully complete projects and serve as the point of contact. Each Engineer/Partner has a vested interest in a long term working relationship with their respective clients. The principal in charge actually manages and represents the project from the preliminary phases through construction. This concept has allowed us to provide services to our clients over a long period of time and has established a consistent repeat client base.

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:
KPA has extensive experience in providing engineering services to municipalities and other governmental agencies. Our experience includes water system investigation and analysis, water supply and resources, water rights, water treatment and distribution, wastewater collection and treatment, transportation, storm drainage, flood control, special municipal studies and projects and other areas of civil engineering. Through participation in technical seminars, product research and technical association meetings we maintain competence in current technologies and equipment. Our goal is to provide the most current technological assistance to meet all the needs of our clients. In addition, we constantly utilize a hands-on approach with projects, primarily through site visits, from the preliminary phase through construction.

BUDGET AND SCHEDULE CONTROL:
KPA has always completed projects in an acceptable time frame with our clients' schedule. Budget and cost control are paramount to KPA in the delivery of high benefit-cost ratio projects. We believe that the quality of work and cost control are critical factors in the ability of an engineering firm to secure repeat business.

PUBLIC INVOLVEMENT:
With our policy of only working for municipalities and other governmental agencies we have gained vast experience in public involvement since the firm was founded in 1983. This experience has granted us the opportunity to deal with the public on various issues. We have held town meetings, made presentations to home owners associations, business groups, appointed committees, economic development corporations and city councils to explain the schematics, diagnostics, schedule and construction of public projects. In many cases clients have obtained our services in meeting with property owners to discuss and acquire rights-of-way. You will not find a better suited firm to assist you with the public.
