KPA is a professional engineering firm experienced in water resources, supply, treatment and distribution, wastewater collection and treatment, drainage, transportation and special civil engineering analysis and studies.

KPA realizes that success and project delivery is achieved by efforts and talents of a team of highly professional and dedicated people. The staff at KPA includes six professional engineers licensed in the State of Texas, one on-site construction representative, five AutoCad technicians, and three office support staff. These individuals have specialized training from computer modeling to project management and accounting.
