Thomas D. Valle, P.E. Thomas is a partner in the firm and has been practicing engineering since 1999. His engineering experience includes project management, design, preparation of construction plans and specifications, and construction administration for water supply, water distribution, water treatment plants, wastewater collection systems and wastewater treatment plants. Thomas has undertaken many studies and investigations including water distribution, wastewater collection and water and wastewater rate studies. He has worked with many communities surrounding Central Texas as well as Water Districts and River Authorities. Thomas is a professional engineer licensed in the State of Texas and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A & M University in 1999. Thomas is active in the American Society of Civil Engineers, Texas Society of Professional Engineers (Past President), Water Environment Association of Texas (President), American Water Works Association and the Rotary Club of Temple (Board Member). He was named Young Engineer of the Year in Central Texas in 2003 by the Texas Society of Professional Engineers and received the Texas Section American Water Works Association Young Professionals Service Award in 2004.   Thomas D.
