On Friday, September 7, 2018, John A. Simcik, PE, CFM and Wm. Mack Parker, PE, CFM attended an awards ceremony and reception held for the City of Belton at Abel’s on the Lake in Austin, TX. The City of Belton received the Central Texas Chapter of the American Planning Association Transportation Planning Award for the recently completed Sparta Road Roundabout Project which was designed by KPA.
